The average amount Neyla Mediterranean Bistro spent per month on validations since paid parking was implemented this January at Reston Town Center. In June Boston Properties granted free parking for the first hour and free parking after 5 p.m., but Neyla general manager Fady Saba says the impact of paid parking has already hurt the restaurant, citing 40 to 50 percent decrease in revenue from January through April compared to last year.
